QUESTION: How long does it take to start seeing results?

Our clients typically start to see measurable results in their first 7 days (...some even lose 5 pounds plus in the first week).  Once they start the nutrition plan they will start feeling more energetic, happier and get better sleep at night within the first few days.  Our goal is to keep you getting results long term which is a 1-3 pound fat loss per week.

QUESTION: Will I only be able to eat chicken and broccoli?

Hahaha no not at all! You will have our Ultimate Recipe guide which is jam packed with over 100+ healthy and delicious recipes for you to make.  Remember. The goal is give you the tools and strategies that you can use forever.  Chicken and broccoli isn't that! lol
